Another Bite Of Mathematical Puzzle

In my post on March 22 I had given a puzzle but nobody seems to have got solution. Before I give you the solution here is one more similar bite.

30 * 20 = 500

25 * 15 = 400

33 * 22 = 605

24 * 18 = 252

then

27 * 22 = ???

Solution to puzzle of March 22

1 * 2 = 1² + 2² = 1 + 4 = 5

3 * 4 = 3² + 4² = 9 + 16 = 25

5 * 6 = 5² + 6² = 25 + 36 = 61

7 * 8 = 7² + 8² = 49 + 64 = 113

9 * 10 = 9² + 10² = 81 + 100 =181

Thus the answer is 181.
